1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.
2 Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days after your order ships. Total time from order to delivery is typically 8–17 business days (processing + transit).
Dropship model: ScaleCrate ships directly from our supplier network. Some orders may ship from multiple locations if you ordered items from different suppliers — you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume periods (holidays) can extend transit times beyond these windows.
3 Free Shipping
Orders totaling $75 or more (after any discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
4 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email with a carrier tracking number. Use it to follow your package on the carrier's website directly.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll look into it.
5 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii — delivery times to AK/HI may be longer).
We do not ship internationally at this time. If you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, join our email list.
6 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We're unable to redirect packages after they've shipped. If an incorrect address causes the package to be returned to sender, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs.
7 Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and around your property first
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- Wait 2 business days — "delivered" scans sometimes happen before actual delivery
- If still missing after 2 days, email us and we'll file a claim with the carrier
We're not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature if theft is a concern in your area.
